VALUE ADD "FIXER UPPER" SOLAR FARMS

Our Strategy

Acquire underperforming assets below replacement cost $0.30 to $0.60/ watt

Max out DC capacity under existing AC interconnection to produce more kWh’s

Not too big or too small. We prefer 1MW to 20MW sites,
although we are flexible in the right situation.

Underperforming sites that need to replace modules & inverters / potentially
add energy storage. Projects qualify for new tax credits if we
replace >80% of the existing equipment (80/20 rule).

Located in areas where our in-house operations & maintenance teams
can complete electrical engineering & construction work

Ability to sell power at favorable avoided cost rates or extend PPA

Operate for 12-months to show increased production & revenue

Sell asset for a profit or hold for long term cash flow
