O+M SERVICE OFFERINGS

Commissioning & Owners Representation

CSS brings an unbiased perspective to owners' interest through periodic inspections throughout the construction and on behalf of owners requiring close monitoring of the construction and close-out phases.

UAV Services

CSS has four (4) FAA-licensed drone pilots on staff who can perform visual and infra-red imagery to locate underperforming equipment in a quick and efficient manner using our patented data analysis process.

Vegetation Management

CSS teams ensure site vegetation is managed to ensure energy production is not impacted by shading due to plant growth. This is done through year-round multiple scheduled visits to mow and clean sites.

Electrical Maintenance

OEM and industry best practices scheduled maintenance of electrical equipment.

Medium Voltage Testing

CSS owns and operates a TRAX Megger Transformer and Substation Test System with a wide range of applications such as turns ratio, excitation current, winding and contact resistance, impedance, tan delta/power factor testing and various primary tests for LV, MV and HV electrical apparatus.

Performance Engineering

CSS engineers monitor performance, process alarms, remotely troubleshoot inverter, relay, and communication equipment, configure and troubleshoot SCADA systems, provide support for field teams and field questions from clients from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm EST 7 days a week.

Livestock Management

For select clients, sheep are rotationally grazed on site to safely and sustainably manage vegetation, reducing mowing needs and sequestering carbon in the soil.
